Maroonhood Pterostylis pedunculata

All these photos are from Sherbrooke Forest in the Dandenong Ranges National Park where they are found growing perilously close to tracks. This is the only place I have noticed them and I must thank Mark and Alex from the Lyrebird Survey Group for helping to point them out. In this forest they grow in the same area as the Alpine Greenhood, they both seem to like living in fear of being trodden upon.
